Pregnancy brings many changes, both physically and emotionally, and having a baby sometimes results in conflicting feelings about yourself and your new role as a mom. I can help you work through these mixed emotions so you can feel confident about the bond with your new baby, your body and your emotional health moving forward.

If you would like help improving your physical strength and self-concept while pregnant or postpartum, I can help you in a safe and informed way. I offer in studio group classes for pregnant and postpartum women as well as individualized personal training sessions designed for your unique body.
